We can help you:

To support an application for one of the above purposes within Taiwan, you will need to submit notarized translation of your non-Chinese documents. You can get in touch with us and we will arrange the notarized translation that suits your personal needs.

Note: Before you proceed with notarized translation in Taiwan, documents issued outside Taiwan have to be first authenticated by TECO (Taipei Economic and Cultural Office) in the region where the documents are obtained (https://www.boca.gov.tw/sp-foof-countrylp-02-1.html). It’s the equivalent of an embassy or consulate that has the authority to verify your documents.

To support an application for one of the above purposes in another country, you might prepare to do the following:

  1. Certify or notarize translation of documents (if in Chinese) issued in Taiwan.
  2. Or notarize, authenticate and/or legalize the document itself.

The procedures vary from country to country. You are strongly advised to check with the appropriate authority with regards to the documents to be submitted, the procedures required (translation and certification by a professional translation company like us, notarization by notary public, authentication by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and legalization by an embassy or a consulate) and the number and deadline of copies submitted. You can contact us if you need our help explain the above-mentioned procedures.

We provide one-stop service for the above processes for individuals and companies.

We can produce and certify our translation text, and have a Notary Public of the District Court sign and stamp to confirm our translation. We can help arrange the authentication by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and legalization by embassies.

The exact procedures of providing documents vary as per the requesting body, so you are strongly advised to check with the appropriate authority with regards to the documents to be submitted, the procedures, and the number and deadline of copies submitted.

You are free to contact us for more information regarding the fee, time and the documentation required by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and embassies.
